The wood used in these type of structures is treated to protect from the elements.

In many cases these types of wooden structures do not need planning permission, as they are not classed as permanent structures.

Work started on a leaking pool in Mijas. The structure was leaking and the micro cement finish is in poor condition. The water flowing out was from just one place seen in the pump room.

If your pool is old, it's difficult to know why it was leaking and what work has been done in the past. The structure of this pool was leaking, but with no apparent source. The plumbing had been eliminated. We suspected the level of the pool had been raised up.
After removing a section of tiles, we found the old surround, level built up on top and new skimmers added. We also found an old jet/overflow hidden below the water level and under the tiles.

Covering a terrace with aluminium sandwich board to give space, light and great insulation. Will eventually be finished with glass curtains and tiles to match interior of the house. We also installed new windows and doors.

Complete villa reform underway. Pool leak and renovation, exterior repaired and painted, new doors. The underbuild is being converted into a self contained apartment.

Progress on the campo house. The kitchen is now finished, new windows almost all fitted. The floors are starting to get finished. We have the steel beams for the covered terrace almost done. This has been a challenging project and the results will be stunning.

The terrace had started to sink and the tall garden wall had become unstable to the point it was about to collapse. We are demolishing it all, pouring a new concrete slab, then building a new exterior wall.
