We're enjoying a busy summer and this year our bestseller is our Montserrat, Wine & Olive Oil Tour 😍🍷☘️ We couldn't be happier as it is such a unique experience meeting with the Olive Oil Farm owner and the Winery owner, and getting an intimate tasting of their finest products.

⚠️Unique opportunity!! Next Thursday, April 20 we are making a photo shoot of our Farm To Table Cooking Experience and we're looking for great people, fun and photogenic to farm, cook, taste, eat, drink, and enjoy with us!

In exchange for your time, patience, and smiles, we'll invite you for the experience and will cover all costs- transport, visit, cooking experience, food, and drinks. Our idea is to shoot "natural": we'll just host the experience as usual and shoot at the same time, so we're expecting a fun evening!

Schedules:
▶️Thursday, April 20 from 3pm to 9pm. Meeting Point in Barcelona- From there we'll take you to a 14th-century farmhouse in the Montseny natural park where we regularly host our Farm To Table Experience. Expect to be back at 9pm in Barcelona.

We'll have a visit of the farmhouse, harvest our own calçots, and prepare a 3-course traditional meal together with our chef before enjoying it with a fine bottle of local organic wine.

The menu is the following:
Calçots on the barbecue with romesco sauce
Chicken stew made with a 50-year old cognac (from our chef's special reserve)
Crema Catalana with cane sugar (the best we’ve tasted so far!)

All food and drinks are 100% organic, calçots are grown at the farm and so are the eggs used for dessert, and the meat comes from a small-scale organic farm nearby.

If you aren't hungry yet, then this is most probably not for you- just let your foodie friends know about it

We have very limited spots and only do photoshoots once per year at most. The rest of the time this experience sells from 250€ per person.

In collaboration with LifeTerra we are going to plant a diverse range of trees, bushes, herbs and grasses to experiment with an alternative way of agriculture; Syntropic Agroforestry. And you can be part of it! 👨🏽‍🌾

The farm will be open for you to get your hands in the soil, connect deeper with nature and to learn about the principles of Syntropic Farming.
