Discover l'Horta

We are already finishing with the visits of Schools to Descubre l'Horta of this season, to which we organize Paella Contests.

Nearly 4,500 secondary school students from France, the United Kingdom, Germany, etc. have passed through our facilities to learn about the culture and gastronomy of l'Horta de València.

We are convinced that they will be excellent ambassadors of the Valencian Paella in their cities. That's why we are so proud and want to share it with you!

Ya estamos terminando con las visitas de Colegios a Descubre l'Horta de esta temporada, a los que les organizamos Concursos de Paellas. Cerca de 4.500 alumnos de secundaria de Francia, Reino Unido, Alemania, etc. han pasado por nuestras instalaciones, para conocer la cultura y gastronomía de l'Horta de València. Estamos convencidos de que serán excelentes embajadores de la Paella Valenciana en sus ciudades. Por eso estamos tan orgullosos y queremos compartirlo con vosotros!!

We are going to start season's Calçotadas end January.

IMPORTANT:
You have to make the reservation by the e-mail: [email protected], where we will indicate you, the way to confirm your booking.
You can choose two dates :
Saturday, 26th January, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, 27th January, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Program:
13:00 - Arrival at Descubre l'Horta, in Borbotó (https://goo.gl/maps/o3vzRFAzcaq)

13:15 - Visit Mediterranean Garden and Organic Garden. Explanation about the cultivation "dels Calçots"

13:30 - While the Calçots are prepared and cooked, we will enjoy an appetizer consisting of sausage, chorizo, with bread with oil, Cacau, lupines, and olives, accompanied by beer/wine.

14:00 - Roof Tile with Calçots with Romesco sauce and grilled artichokes.

14:30 - Food: Sausage, chorizo, bacon and lamb chops grill.
Dessert: Roasted pumpkin with homemade jam,
Coca Cristina from Borbotó and mistela.
Café or infusion.
Drinks: Local wine, beer, soft drinks, and water.
Note: All drinks included (up to desserts)

Children's Menu for children from 3 to 12 years old: White rice or Macaroni, with sausages.
