☀ Back Home 😍

Before Malaga we have lived in the Provence en France. With 3 friends we had our small hotel .
Now, after 7 years, we are back for the first time, to see the Domaine and also to see again the new owners Clotilde & Arnold 🥂🥂. Its all so special and memories and emotions come free... we are happy to be here again and see the new renovated hotel. Some of our hotel guests have even followed us to Malaga... thats so great and sweet 🤩

🛠 its time for.... PAINTING 🛠.
Like every year we (mostly Robert 🙈) paint the walls in our apartments. Its normal that the walls are stained, because our apartments are almost booked every day of the year. But we want to offer fresh, clean and well maintained apartments to our guests !

We are replacing the current TV´s for new Samsung Smart TV´s. The old one´s are not broken, but we want to offer our guests the comfort they ask for.

☀ Winter in Malaga
The winters in Malaga are great ! Its like summer in our home country Holland... still 24-27 degrees during the day... guests are still wearing summer outfits. But the nights can be a bit chilly, what gives a nice different ambiance.
In these months we always provide carpets in the sitting area, to add that cosy (Malaga) Feeling in the evenings.

🤩 Moorish fortress with Arab and Roman influences 👍

This is really a must-see when you are in Malaga! In the middle of the busy city is this old fortress, the Alcazabe. When you walk up you enjoy so much beauty around you and at the top you are treated with the beautiful view over the city, the harbor and the sea. It feels very peaceful inside and therefore you forget that you are in the middle of the city.

⭐ The entrance to the Alcazaba is next to the Roman Theatre
⭐ Which is just around the corner from our apartments (5 min walk)
⭐ The opening hours are from 9:30 to 20:00. The entrance fee is €3.50 per person.
⭐ With a ticket of € 5.50 you can also visit the higher Gibralfaro castle
⭐ There is even a small cosy terrace inside the Alcazaba, for a refreshing drink
⭐ Feel the history of Malaga while wandering around here
⭐ And of course: it's again an experience to get the Malaga-Feeling

🏝 Refreshing moments at the sea ☀

Some refreshing at the sea can come in handy in Malaga in the summer months.
Did you know that you can be on Malaga beach within a 15-minute walk from our apartments?
This is a nice walk partly in the shade of the park (Paseo del Parque) and of the port (Muelle Uno).

⭐ Kilometres of wide sandy beaches
⭐ Enough chiringuitos for a snack and a drink or a lunch with fresh fish
⭐ The sangria or a cool beer taste extra good when the sun is shining brightly 😉
⭐ On the photo our regular guests Antoinette and Dop, who love going to the beach when they stay in one of our apartments

Mercado Atarazanas 🥂 🍓
Malaga's largest covered market is pretty much around the corner from our apartments. Take a look and taste the atmosphere and of course taste a tapas with a matching drink. Another real Malaga-Feeling!!

⭐ Offering meat, fish, vegetables, cheese and nuts
⭐ There are also a few bars where you can order delicious tapas
⭐ Fresh from the market stall on your plate
⭐ An architecturally special building to view
⭐ Open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
⭐ The bars and terraces often stay open a little bit longe

🎼 la música 🪕
At the end of Malaga's promenade is restaurant Baños del Carmen. In the weekend there is often live music played and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset!
When will you come to enjoy this Malaga-Feeling? You deserve it!

⭐ What an atmosphere with Spanish live music
⭐ By bike only 15 minutes from our apartments

Our guests from ´Montano 4´ are having a great time in Malaga... creating great memories. During their stay they share several photos with us... which makes us so happy to see them like this.

☀️ Outside the citycenter 🚲
Malaga center offers you a lot, but did you know that you can cycle to nice fishermen's villages in 20 minutes? This is really a must-do if you are here on holiday. A perfect daytrip to experience the Malaga-Feeling!

🚲 By bike 🚲

Sharing this great moments!
What could be better than ´Feeling´ the wind and the sun on your skin when you are cycling with such a view?
Rent a bike and you can go either way on a safe bike path from the center of Malaga and explore the area.
Come and get the Malaga-Feeling, you deserve it!

⭐️ There are several routes, along the coast and into the mountains
⭐️ Renting e-bikes is also a possibility

⭐ 5 years ago we rented a bike at her office and she instantly helped us with a good contact for a Real Estate Agent.
Due to busy lives, we didnt find the right moment to meet again, until now! But now we wont wait another 5 years for our next date!
