Since 2003 Friendly Rentals is offering short and mid-term rental apartments as your perfect alternative to hotels. In September 2016 we joined the NOVASOL Group, part of Wyndham Vacation Rentals and are now part of one of the biggest holiday rental companies in Europe. That’s why we have offices in all our destinations, and our lovely teams of local representatives are on call 24/7. We l

Taking a stroll through Sevilla is breathtaking. There are so many beautiful streets that are picturesque, one of our favorites being " Calle Verde", which is also perfect for a summer walk as the plants hanging from the buildings make it extra shady and fresh.

Pasear por Sevilla es embriagador. ¡Tiene tantas calles hermosas y pintorescas...! Una de nuestras preferidas es la "Calle Verde", perfecta para dar un paseo veraniego, ya que las plantas que cuelgan de los edificios le aportan frescor y sombra extra.

Who doesn't love Barcelona? We can't think of anyone, legend even has it that Hercules himself named this beautiful seaside city. The story goes that Hercules was on a journey when nine ships were lost and eight managed to regroup. Hercules and his crew members set out to find the ninth ship, which was found at the bottom of Montjuic hill. Everyone fell in love with the area and decided to name it Barca (boat) and Nona (ninth), Barcanona, which we now know as Barcelona!

¿A quién no le gusta Barcelona? Incluso dice la leyenda que el propio Hércules dio nombre a esta preciosa ciudad costera. Cuenta la historia que estando de viaje, nueve barcos se perdieron y ocho consiguieron reagruparse. Hércules y su tripulación se dispusieron a buscar el noveno y lo encontraron a los pies de la montaña de Montjuic. Se enamoraron de la zona y la llamaron Barça (barco) Nona (novena): Barcanona, ¡que ahora conocemos como Barcelona!

Did you know that Barcelona is home to 9 UNESCO World Heritage Sites? Impressed? Barcelona is also the home to the largest football stadium in Europe, built-in 1957, and has a seating capacity of no less than 99,354! It even has its own museum – one of the city's most visited sights. Barcelona has it all, from culture to sports :)

Barcelona's Gothic Quarter is one of the best known in the world. Although much of it was rebuilt in the 1920s, the original Gothic quarter was born on the remains of Roman Barcino and medieval Barcelona led to the construction of churches and squares in Gothic style that replaced the Romanesque buildings. El barrio Gótico de Barcelona es uno de los más conocidos en todo el mundo.
