Morocco is actually building the largest stadium in the world in Casablanca for the 2030 World Cup.

Morocco agreed to build a large and amazing stadium in the city of Casablanca, which will be one of the stadiums for the 2030 World Cup, which will be hosted by Morocco, Spain and Portugal.

The project is called โ€œThe Grand Stadium,โ€ and it is expected to be the largest football stadium in the world with a capacity of up to 115,000 spectators.

Morocco hopes that this stadium will host the final match of the World Cup, as it competes with the Santiago Bernabeu and Camp Nou stadiums in Spain

Preparatory work has already begun to build the stadium on a 100-hectare site in the city of Mansouria in Benslimane province (38 kilometers north of Casablanca), after financing the project was approved last October.

According to the Morocco World News website, the budget of the new stadium project amounts to 5 billion Moroccan dirhams (460 million euros.
