100 % are used - no waste!

The peel become Lemon Raki - the meat we make jam of - the white goes into salad now after tasting it once at the best lokal restaurant

And the peel is now even used two times. After beeing soaked in raki it gives a good taste to a cake... so that must mean atleast 120% is used - right?
