Large, luxury apartment in Residence Fiore di Lume with panoramic sea view. Located in Algajola - a lovely medieval seaside village in the heart of Balagne. Tastefully furnished and equipped with WiFi and all modern conveniences. The apartment is situated on second and upper floor in the residence ”Fiore di Lume” built in 2004. The surface area is 80 m² and accommodates for a total of 7 sleeping g

uests. It consists of:
- A hall
- A large dining/living room (with 1 sofa-bed for one person) in open connection to a fully equipped kitchen
- 3 bed rooms (two w. 160 cm double beds, one w. 140 cm double bed plus 80 cm single bed)
- 2 bath rooms – one with tub and one with shower

The apartment furthermore contains a 20 m² cool, north-facing, furnished patio overlooking the roofs of Algajola, the sea and beach as well as the mountains. The apartment is located only 200 m from the centre of the cosy village, Algajola - and only 400 m from the lovely sand beach, Aregno Plage. Algajola is a cosy, old village situated in the Balagne region on Corsica’s beautiful west coast. The village offers:
- Minimum 12 restaurants, cafés and beach bars
- Small but well supplied SPAR super-market
- Tabac (shop with newspapers, magazines, post cards, beach articles and to***co)
- Bakery
- Shops with Corsican specialities (wine, sausages, honey, marmalade etc.)

Algajola is built on a rocky peninsula and therefore also immediately surrounded by rocks. Sailors and local fishermen are using the natural harbour, which is found west of the village. Towards east the village continues directly into a wonderful 1,5 km long, wide sandy beach, called Aregno plage. The mix of rocky and sandy beaches gives excellent possibilities for snorkelling, diving and all other kinds of water sport activities. In windy weather the waves at the west facing Aregno beach become high enough to allow for not only windsurfing and body boarding, but also for classic wave surfing.
