We've been busy this January with our gite refresh. This pretty bead board panelling has been repurposed from our laundry room and the rustic oak tops were part of an old barn door. What do you think?

Work on our geodesic dome is continuing with the thermal lining fitted and the flooring finally sewn, edged and fitted. Just hope the fold lines will settle down.

After another busy day yesterday, the evenings dinner was tagliatelle with prawns and scallops Saint Jacques with garlic mushrooms 🇫🇷🥰

It's been a busy old day today. Firstly off to Les Herolles monthly market were we met up with Lou and Rich, 2 of our friends and bought some new fruit trees for the garden. Then home to plant them up and play with the 2 new baby chicks, followed by apéros the local campsite with Linda and Paddy, our lovely friends who run it, before coming home for moules, frites and garlic bread (yes, garlic... On bread!!) With Lou and Rich! Now finishing a delightful gin and tonic and listening to some chilled music. What a day 🥰
