If any north of England friends fancy a week away, I can do 21st to 28th July and flights from Manchester to Beziers are really cheap at the moment.
Assumes quarantine for travel from France will be lifted on 29/6 but Ryanair allowing free flight changes anyway.

We’ve just welcomed our first guests of the year and, with European borders hopefully opening mid-June, look forward to seeing friends back here over the summer.
There’s no better place to be away from the crowds with your own pool. We will only be accepting one group at a time and adopting all recommended safety standards.
Ryanair are shortly restarting flights to Carcassonne and Béziers with other airlines flying to Toulouse and Montpellier. If you are interested in booking or reserving provisional dates subject to border re-opening, please contact ASAP before reservations are opened up more widely.
