Honored to meet with the Consulate General of the United States in Paris, France!

I had the pleasure of meeting with the Consulate General of the United States in Paris to discuss Allez Abroad's mission to help students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. It was an honor to share our vision with such an esteemed representative of the US government.

As a founder of Allez Abroad and a PhD holder, I know firsthand the importance of education and global experiences. Our organization is dedicated to providing students with the tools and resources they need to succeed academically, culturally, and personally while studying abroad.

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with the Consulate General and look forward to continuing our work to support international education.

Gearing up for a Cheese Lovers Dream Summer!

COME ON A CHEESE TOUR IN FRANCE & SPAIN…WITH ME!

Good morning folks, how are we? I am delighted to announce a fabulous cheese tour happening this Summer.

My new friends at have asked me to host an incredible trip packed with cheesey visits, tastings, wine tastings, gorge kayaking, hikes and general fun.

I will post a reel soon to show you more but my personal highlights include a fondue dinner, visiting the Roquefort caves, kayaking in the gorge du tarn, and aligot with a view.

We will visit a winery, cheese producers and if you know me, I love a swim - our hotels are lush and you’ll also find me jumping in any body of water possible - time permitting.

We are Patrick and Allison, the founders of Allez Abroad. It’s a pleasure to meet you!

Patrick is a natural storyteller that resonates with our guests. He is also a lover of history, and language, like any Frenchman, wine, and cheese. Because of his intimate knowledge of France and its regions he ensures our travelers experience a distinctive itinerary that promises off-the-beaten path visits that few people have enjoyed.

Allison, though new to France brings over 15 years of travel and hospitality industry experience. She regularly challenges Patrick to brush up on history and geography of France.

Her extensive customer relations knowledge leaves no stone unturned when planning our study abroad in France programs. Because she is involved in web marketing, and website building, she is always deeply involved in our program development. She puts all her experience as a former hospitality executive in the Galapagos archipelago and her degree in Hospitality Management to full use to contribute to a seamless experience for everyone.

Some people say “Lozère chooses you, rather than you choosing it”. Lozère (pronounced Low-zair) is a very special destination and dear to our heart, as it is where we chose to settle. You will see for yourself when you visit it. Lozère is the least populated area in France. Lozère has a population density comparable to the state of Montana, around 15 inhabitants per square mile....

Bonjour fellow Francophiles, after much deliberation we have decided to PAUSE the enrollment for our Summer 2021 Trips!

As our countries decide what the next few months will look like for travel, i.e. vaccine vs. negative covid test, etc.. we've decided it's best to reopen enrollment when firm unilateral decisions have been made and everyone can be excited to travel again, instead of being wary.

WE hope to REOPEN enrollment in late March or early April depending on when the picture for travel becomes clearer. Stay safe!
