We went ahead and made a map about Saint-Emilion because, well, we love it!
Speaking of wells, there's one at Cordeliers Cloister (or le Cloître des Cordeliers), plus you can also have a paté, a saucisson and, of course, their amazing rosé crémant! All this in the magnificent ruins of a 14th century monastic cloister.
