去法國阿卡雄食新鮮生蠔
Les huîtres d'Arcachon

好多人去波爾多旅行都將重點放在葡萄酒上，但其實如果去得波爾多，不妨去埋阿卡雄(Arcachon)食生蠔，一邊嘆靚酒一邊食新鮮肥美的生蠔，實在是一大享受！

阿卡雄位於法國西南部，是世界著名的生蠔產地，全法國有六成的生蠔都在這𥚃養殖，從波爾多乘火車前往，僅一小時車程。尤其在春天，阿卡雄灣裡的微生物特別豐富，海中蠔群長得更肥美，是品嚐生蠔的最佳時機。除了在蠔場即開即食新鮮生蠔外，還可以乘船暢遊阿卡雄灣，一睹湖中插滿幾米高樹枝的蠔田景色。

波爾多特產--法式糕餅Canelé
Canelé - la pâtisserie de Bordeaux

美酒與佳餚從來是分不開的。波爾多除了聞名遐邇的葡萄酒外，也有不少值得一試的美食，今日首先介紹一款波爾多特產Canelé，中文一般譯作「可露麗」，是一種法式小糕餅。雖然現在在巴黎一些糕餅店也可買得到，但Canelé起源於十八世紀的波爾多，據說它的誕生是有個小故事的：原來在釀製葡萄酒的過程中，需要清除酒渣，傳統的方法是用蛋白來做淨化，剩下的蛋黃頓變成垃圾，食之無味，棄之可惜。波爾多酒商為免浪費，遂將蛋黃送給修道院，然後修女們就利用蛋黃、牛奶、麵粉、香草和冧酒等食材烘焙成外殼滿是香脆焦糖、內裡軟綿金黃的Canelé了。

波爾多著名景點--皮埃爾橋
Pont de pierre à Bordeaux

皮埃爾橋(Pont de pierre)是波爾多一座跨越加龍河(Garonne)的橋樑，連接左岸的維克多雨果林蔭道和右岸的梯也爾大街。

皮埃爾橋是加龍河上的第一座橋樑，修建於1819年至1822年。在這三年中，建造者由於河中強烈的潮流而面臨許多挑戰。他們從英國借來潛水鐘穩定橋樑的支柱。它有17個拱（拿破崙名字的字母數字）。直到1965年興建聖尚橋(Pont Saint-Jean)之前，皮埃爾橋一直是波爾多唯一的橋樑。

波爾多的水之鏡
Miroir d’eau à Bordeaux

波爾多市新地標－水之鏡（miroir d’eau）是一個另類噴泉，全長172米，闊33米，水深只有兩厘米，在沒有風的時候，薄薄的水反映著天空和旁邊的建築物，就像一面巨型鏡子。

為了保持水不會乾掉，每半小時便會自動噴出水霧，有如電影中的場景一樣；停歇時，波平如鏡，倒映出附近的交易所廣場。

法國西南部最壯麗的十八世紀建築群－－證券交易所廣場（Place de la Bourse），整個建築群由稅所、證券交易館以及中央館等三部分組成。
