“Neil and Faith have been the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had in quite a lot of different experiences around the world. From the beginning until the end, they have been very kind and helpful. I would say that they’ve been more like friends than just ordinary hosts. The gitte was in excellent condition and provides everything you’ll need for a nice holiday. Neil and Faith informed us about various night markets in the area, which are definitely worth visiting. In the end, I can say that my vacation was a complete success thanks to Neil and Faith. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’m sure I’ll come back one day!!”

Our newly decorated dining kitchen in the gite is ready!

A calm and cool place to sit & enjoy your petit dejeuner or a mid morning coffee. Sit and enjoy a cold beer or glass of rose whilst you prep evening dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

Don’t forget there is still a huge wrap around terrace and extensive deck around the pool on which to enjoy your meal. But some days you might want to sit inside away from the summer sun ☀️

Here at Grand Pailley Bas, as well as the outside terrace and expansive deck by the pool, you now have an alternative place to eat your petit dejeuner, lunch or dinner! If it’s too hot outside or a rare day when (dare I say it!) it rains..... 🙄

Our new dining kitchen is complete.

A spacious and cool room where you can start the day as you mean to go on.

Summer has finally arrived here in SW France!

Temperature set to soar to 34 degrees this weekend.

Take a moment to admire the wonderful view from our new deck up to the hamlet of Cambes.

I could sit here all day & admire it. It’s certainly where I’ve parked myself for working this past few days.

So we had this wonderful dessert from our local Boulangerie in Allemans du Dropt last night.

And yes it tasted as good as it looks. So much so it’s now gone!

They also do amazing breads, croissants & now fresh take away coffee.

We will be sending all our lovely guests in their direction!
