Neither the strong gusts of wind nor the rain during the first galf of the show could prevent a truly fantastic concert with Sting performing many of his biggest hits from The Police and his solo career on Tuesday night. This was his fourth visit to the Festival de Carcassonne and, hopefully, will not be the last.

Absolutely sensational performance last night by Mika in the Cité Médiéval as part of the Festival de Carcassonne.

Looking forward to seeing Sting at the same venue next week.

J’aime beaucoup l’effet des nouvelles « ombrelles » colorées de Carcassonne, j’aurais préférée qu’elles soient plus écoresponsables.
Cette semaine Laeticia Brün expose sa collection, ce sont des dessins faits avec des stylos à bille et de l'encre bleue. J’adore m'arrêter à la chapelle des Dominicaines ; les expositions d'art sont toujours gratuites. Le hall est spacieux et toujours frais. J’aime prendre le temps de contempler le vitrail qui se trouve au fond de la pièce.
Pour toutes ces raisons, ça va vaut la peine de s'arrêter pour y jeter un coup d'œil.
