Living in the middle of the vineyards.. Around half august, the grape harvest starts and the whole area is in commotion. While once picked manually by the seasonal workers, nowadays these impressive sofisticated machines are doing all the work, day and night. Being shared by the farmers, while there is only a short period and perfect timing for each grape variety. All the wineries are fully operational and the roads are blocked by tractors running up and down from the vineyards to the wineries. Can’t wait to taste this years lovely wines, come and taste them with us!!
