xceptional property close to the centre of Chamonix providing a wealth of space and luxury. Chalet Grand Cru, which sleeps 10, enjoys a unique central location and is perfect for family’s or groups alike. Renewable energy twinned with a very high insulation level and a heat recovery system has produced a chalet (Marithé) which uses minimal energy. Several renewable energy companies are using the chalet as a case study for future renewable build projects. The heating system was designed and fitted by Sense Heat Solutions - www.senseheat.com
