Booking deadline: 1st of February Want to experience the awe inspiring mountain wilderness and gnarly descents that have made Chamonix the mountaineering and freeride capital of the world? We have put together a unique trip allowing you to discover ski touring and push
your limits under the guidance and instruction of professional Chamonix mountain guides. Ski touring frees you from resort skiing, allowing you to explore literally anywhere on the mountain range there is snow. And of course many of the best descents in the most beautiful high mountain environments are only accessible with a bit of effort. You will be housed in the UCPA building, basically a giant premium quality hostel with a nice canteen, bar, games room etc. Breakfast and dinner are a chance to meet some of the interesting crowds the UCPA draws, expect some crazy scandinavians, and this is France, food is good. The touring itineraries and descents will be tailored to people's skiing ability, you do not have to be a pro freerider, we only ask that you are more or less comfortable skiing red or black runs, and preferably off piste. Regardless, your skiing ability and confidence will be radically improved by the end of the week, as will your fitness levels!
