The house is situated in Montreuil-sur-Mer which is a beautiful, medieval town an hour south of Calais and just 15 minutes away from the Coast. You have all the benefits of a modernised character home with a large, private garden, but with bars, restaurants
and shops right on your doorstep. THE HOUSE & ACCOMMODATION
The house has been renovated to a high standard with all modern comforts yet retains its original character. All the rooms are spacious with plenty of light and there is a large garden. There are three doubles, one single and a sofabed in the lounge. There is a large, sunny kitchen/breakfast room fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge/dining room area is spacious and comfortable with a large three-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a dining table and 4 chairs. There is a downstairs W.C with washing machine. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with toilet, basin and a bath with shower. The single room is on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. On the second floor, the loft has been converted to one large bedroom with a wash basin and a W.C. The garden is to the rear of the property, it is large with two terrace areas. There are two outside tables, parasols, plenty of chairs and a barbeque. The house is good for young children – there is a highchair and cot in the house. Downstairs, the stairs are behind a door which acts as an effective stairgate! PRICES
They include all costs of your stay including heating and electricity. This price also covers the cost of a cleaner at the end of your stay and an agent who will meet you at the property with the keys.

As part of renting the property, we ask that you -
• Bring your own towels and bed linen
• Feel free to help yourself to everything in the house but please replace things if they run out
A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the balance payable two weeks before your stay.
