The former farmhouse has a peaceful setting on the edge of the village of Ste Catharine, adjacent to the open countryside. It forms one side of a courtyard, shared with an adjacent cottage. be mixed with lazing on sandy beaches on the beautiful coastline fifteen minutes away. The more active have plenty of opportunities for swimming, surfing, sailing, windsurfing, golf, fishing, cycling, horse riding and rambling. The local towns also offer a large range of restaurants, bars, shops and traditional markets. The Gîte has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12. The ground floor is entered from a gravel courtyard and consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, double bedroom, bathroom with WC and separate WC. The first floor provides two double bedrooms and a further bedroom with bunk beds. The top floor is a large open carpeted area with four single beds and velux windows in the roof. The old barn forms a large games room for table tennis, darts and storing all your sports kit. It also houses an automatic washing machine and central heating boiler. There is a barbecue at the side of the Gite.
