The Dérêches is a magical area of forest right in the centre of Morzine, with walking paths and activities to enjoy on both sides of the river.

During the summer months you can explore the treetops while you take on the adventure course 'Ventures, visit the horses at the equestrian centre, take the kids to the playground and much more.

If you're staying in one of our apartments in Montriond then you can take a lovely, scenic walk through the Dérêches to get to the centre of Morzine in around 30 minutes.

Apartment Sorbier and Apartment Marmotte offer easy access to the Lac Montriond during the summer months. It's just 5 minutes away by bus, 15 minutes on a bike, or you can walk there in around half an hour.

Lac Montriond is one of our very favourite places to spend the day during summer. Relax by the water's edge, rent a paddle board, hike up to the waterfall or play some mini golf... Whatever floats your boat!
