This lovely one bedroom apartment is filled with charm and solitude. Immediately off the living room is the kitchen. It features new cabinets, electric stove and full sized traditional oven, a combination washing machine/dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a refrigerator to complete the kitchen appliances. The kitchen has plenty of work space too and feature a new granite top with a stainless steel round sink with fitted cutting board. This 40m2 on bedroom apartment is very close to the Louvre Museum and is in very short walking distance to various bars, restaurants, boutiques and local attractions of Paris. The centralized location, combined with the peace and quiet, makes this apartment unique.

This recently renovated, personal residence is well located in the 2nd arrondissement, offering total peace and quiet. This one bedroom has beautiful ceilings with original exposed beams, hardwood floors and French windows. This apartment overlooks a beautiful courtyard in which Marie Antoinette was held imprisoned. In 2005, the street was made into a pedestrian street (no vehicles allowed), making it serene and creating a village-like atmosphere in the area.

Located in a traditional 19th century apartment building, in the heart of the Left Bank's 5th arrondissement, this 60 square meter, two bedroom apartment has been completely renovated.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with one king-size bed, which can be separated into twin beds; plus a queen-size fold-out sofa in the living room, one bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, kitchen, and a balcony filled with plants such as lavender, clematis, and jasmine. The apartment is sunny with direct light in the afternoons. The living room overlooks the street with two doors leading out to the balcony, which stretches the entire width of the apartment. There is an elevator for those worn out by the daylong walks.

Located in the heart of the Marais... in the historical and now fashionable center, this spacious (100m2) very upscale 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly suited for a couple or family with elegant taste. It is located on the rue du Temple, known for its trendy night spots and yet only steps away from the main number 1 metro line and major cultural sites: the Louvre, the Hotel de Ville and the Seine. It is an elegantly decorated apartment up one flight of stairs, overlooking a quaint merchant street with shops, bakeries and restaurants.

One bedroom is facing the courtyard and the other onto the street. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twins beds. There is an additional single fold out bed. Well decorated with a unique French Flair. Pride of Ownership. Great one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in the 8th arrondissement (district) of the center of Paris. Right in the heart of Pairs youll find this 32m2 attractive and clean apartment. Located on the first floor (1 flight Up) it is extremely convenient for those that dont want to climb several flights. (Paris is notorious for stairs) The neighborhood is clean and safe. Some say Posh. 8 highly rated dining establishments are within 4 or 5 city blocks. The #1 shopping street in all of Europe (Champs Elysees) is 3 city blocks away. (8 minute walk / safe day and night) At the corner of this street and Champs Elysees, there is a Monoprix open until midnight all but Sundays. Monoprix is a grocery store & department store in one, and extremely convenient for getting food, wine, drinks, umbrellas, soap, aspirin, etc when most other stores are closed. (Many stores in Paris are closed by 6pm.) There is a small restaurant with good food in the front of the building. Butcher and Bakery (great for breakfast) across the street. Starbucks one and a half blocks to the north and another just around the corner to the West. (There are much better places to get coffee in Paris, but rumor has it that they have free WiFi.) From this location it is easy to get to anywhere in Paris. There is a metro directly across the street from the front door. (Approximately 5 or 6 store fronts away) This is the Metro line 9. (4 stops & 1 transfer to La Tour Eiffel) The next closest metro stop (about 2 city blocks from our Metro 9 Stop) is the Metro line 1. Line 1 is the main line in Paris that goes from Notre Dame, through the Louvre, under Champs Elysees and to the Arch de Triomphe.

This Paris apartment is located in an 18th century building in the First Arrondisment. Formerly a hotel de particulier. it is now an historic building comprised of 6 apartments only. The building is very well located between the rue St Honore, avenue de l'Opera, and the Place Vendome/rue de la Paix. The Louvre, the Tuileries, the Embassies, the chic and fashionable shopping districts, the Opera Garnier and the Palais Royal are all within a 5 minute's walk. This building is also on the Marche St Honore. Here in the middle of the place is a large modern office center of BNP-PARIBAS. Downstairs, there is a mix of Italian furniture galleries and an Audi auto boutique. on all sides of the Place Marche St Honore are many great restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars. For those who come back late there is FLO downstairs for carry out gourmet dining until 11PM. Just across the street is Bretanos, the American bookseller in Paris since the 1850s. Here you can find perhaps the largest selection of American and English newspapers and magazines in the city. There are also many non-English reading materials available. This is a great location for any occasion pleasure or business ! Upon entering the building, you are transported back to the 1700s with its large sweeping staircase and entry hall. Right in the heart of Pairs youll find this 32m2 attractive and clean apartment. Located on the first floor (1 flight Up) it is extremely convenient for those that dont want to climb several flights. (Paris is notorious for stairs) The neighborhood is clean and safe. Some say Posh. 8 highly rated dining establishments are within 4 or 5 city blocks. The #1 shopping street in all of Europe (Champs Elysees) is 3 city blocks away. (8 minute walk / safe day and night) At the corner of this street and Champs Elysees, there is a Monoprix open until midnight all but Sundays. Monoprix is a grocery store & department store in one, and extremely convenient for getting food, wine, drinks, umbrellas, soap, aspirin, etc when most other stores are closed. (Many stores in Paris are closed by 6pm.) There is a small restaurant with good food in the front of the building. Butcher and Bakery (great for breakfast) across the street. Starbucks one and a half blocks to the north and another just around the corner to the West. (There are much better places to get coffee in Paris, but rumor has it that they have free WiFi.) From this location it is easy to get to anywhere in Paris. There is a metro directly across the street from the front door. (Approximately 5 or 6 store fronts away) This is the Metro line 9. (4 stops & 1 transfer to La Tour Eiffel) The next closest metro stop (about 2 city blocks from our Metro 9 Stop) is the Metro line 1.
