1. We have an onsite reception open every day (except Wednesdays) during the season with friendly bilingual staff available to help answer your questions making for that personal touch. A face you can put a name to rather than a voice on the end of the phone.
2. An easy online application for ordering extras such as bread pastries and wood with free delivery to your chalet/apartment door.
3. Beds are made up before your arrival saving a tiresome task after a long journey. (Only applicable to chalets, not apartments)
4. Friendly on-site staff who can come to your chalet to fix any problems you may encounter and if they can’t, they will find somebody who can.
5. A “Welcome pack” in your chalet/apartment containing washing up tablets, washing up liquid, a sponge a tea towel and useful information.
6. A handy quad service to take your luggage to and from your chalet at the start and the end of your stay. (Bellecote park only)
7. Local information available: there’s nothing we don’t know or can’t find out for you about the resort and what’s going on.
8. Reduced price lift passes, ski hire and lessons. You can pick up and pay for your lift passes directly from our office when you check in, so no queueing at the public office (when you order in advance).
