Mushroom festival in Pigna, Italy yesterday 21 October. It was packed with people all coming to eat the different choices of mushroom dishes prepared by the village’s inhabitants. All was absolutely delicious! In some cases the mushrooms almost tasted like chicken, amazing. Normally the mushroom festival takes place the first weekend in October every year but this year due to a storm it was postponed two weeks. Good choice because the weather could not have been better!

Looking for a child friendly beach club during your vacation here? Try out San Marco in Bordighera - nothing compares really. A shaded playground for kids, a pool and lots of beach (both pebbles and close to sand). And many many beach beds so normally no problem getting a chair. We did it!! Our 5th apartment in Menton is ready for our guests looking for a unique French old town penthouse apartment made brand new, with 360 rooftop terrace views of the mediterranean, Italy and Menton. Now we need a vacation.... so that we can kickstart our next real estate project (already in planning phase)!

Here is our second apartment next to the other one I posted about a few days ago, Belle Époque 1. Based in Menton between Monaco and Italy. Do you know anyone who wants to stay here? Relaxing vacation or office from abroad? Yesterday we became owners of another beautiful olive mill in Pigna, Italy! It took 13 people to do the transaction as there were several owners of the land around it. So is been a tough job to make this a reality. But here we are, the mill is finally ours and another fun renovation project is about to begin!
