As we said au revoir to our last guests and get the home ready for our next guests arriving this Friday, we are so pleased to have scored 5 STARS on Airbnb in a row from all our guests this season!!!

I had a dream to have a place of my own and be a host, after my first visit to a beautiful property in Dordogne nearly 3 decades ago! Today, its not just a side business but a dedication to give my guests an experience that lingers on in their memory.

Beautifully decorated spaces, modern amenities in a period style fitting the Renaissance town of Richelieu, elegant bathroom filled with day light, a serene spa in romantic garden hidden from the world!

Enjoy the long summer days in France in the heart of the Loire Valley in our boutique style home and be pampered with all the comforts you expect from a 5 STAR accommodation.

Come and discover the beautiful town of Richelieu, which is a 3 hours drive from Paris or stop over for a couple of nights if your are taking the route to Bordeaux.

We offer a 100sqmts home with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons with fully furnished kitchen, Italian shower, separate dining and living rooms, right on the magnificent Place du Marché with a view of the church of Notre Dame de Richelieu.

As of next week we offer a gem of a Studio called Topaz for 2 persons on the ground floor with a wabi-sabi kitchen and a breathtaking bathroom! The cherry on the cake is the thoughtfully out 300sqmts garden with several ancient trees and ample seating areas. Further free parking around the house with all commerce within walking distance of 50-100 mts.

We have added a Spa in the garden!!!

Combine your stay by adding a visit to the caves and vine boutique (this is not a paid partnership) to taste some of their exceptional vines.

Whats happening in the garden now?

All these strawberries, the roses, clematis, petunias...

Its the place to relax and put your feet up during these warm days. Plenty seating arrangements under the trees and the pergola.

This beautiful 300 sqmt private garden, right in town, all for yourselves...
Some ancient trees out here gives you the chance to find shady spots even when it is very warm.

There are several areas out here to sit and relax, read a book, play board games, have meals together...

The reclining deck beds, the hammock and the swing chair are all for you to have the best time ever...
