LOCATION: Nearby the house there is a beautiful lake where you can swim and practice watersports. The ocean and the endless beach are a 5 min. bike ride on the cycling road. The golf course is a 3 min. walk from the house. You can walk or bike along the lake to the center of Vieux Boucau where there is a daily market, shops and restaurants. The charming village of Hossegor with it’s nice shops and restaurants is only 15 min. by car.

THE GARDEN: This beautiful garden will give you all the needed space to enjoy your holiday. The covered terrace has a dining table for 8 people, a hanging lounge chair and some sunbeds. The outdoor lounge is the perfect place to have an apero. The BBQ corner makes sure you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.

KITCHEN: The kitchen isn't very modern, but it is fully equiped and functional. There's an oven, microwave, gas cooker, water kettle, coffee maker (Senseo & italian), toaster, fridge with freezer...Everything you need to make delicious food is available. The kitchen is connected with the garden on one side and with the dining room on the other. It also has a washing machine.

SALON & DINING ROOM: This spacious room has a direct connection with the terrace. The television is provided with a chromecast. There is a music installation with jack cable so you can enjoy your favored music by connecting your phone. WIFI is available.

BATHROOM: The large bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and a toilet.

ROOM AQUA: This bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the main bathroom. The bed is 140x200. It has a closet and is located in front of the house.

MEZZANINE: The mezzanine has two beds (90 x 200). You can create privacy by closing the curtains. There's enough closet storage for two people.

Woody Room (upstairs): This cosy and spacious bedroom is located on the second floor. It has lots of light coming in through the roof window. The bed is 140 x 200. A small desk and closet make the room complete.

GARAGE: You can use the garage to store bikes, surfboards, golfbags, beach stuff...There is a surfrack to store your boards savely. Four bikes are provided. These bikes are good enough to go to the beach or to the village, but if you want to go on a bicycle trip we recommend you to rent some bikes. Behind the curtain and wooden wall you'll find the garage room.

Garage Room: We converted half of the garage in a bright room which has a direct connection with the garden. The room has a bed of 140x200 and a mosquito net to make it extra cosy. This extra room is connected with the house. The garage room isn't suitable for colder periods, as it isn't very well isolated.
