Delightfully renovated country farmhouse with bed and breakfast and self catering cottage close to Annecy, Geneva and several ski resorts. With swimming pool, Wi-Fi, secure parking and magical views of the Alps.

Built in 1844, the house was a working farm until 1980. It was acquired by a family from Annecy who converted the middle of the building, adding four bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and a large lounge and dining room on the ground floor.

After more modernisation - including a swimming pool - in the 90's, we arrived in 2002. We renovated the west end to create the 3/4 bedroomed home where we now live.

So we have a four bedroom guest house which can be rented as self-catering or bed and breakfast; then a two bedroomed gite/apartment. Each has an independent entrance.

All the bedrooms have shower and hand basin, one has a bath and three have a toilet en-suite. Our website has much more detail and plenty of photos. www.mediavacances.com has information about the self-catering.

La Ferme is 20min from Annecy and its lake; 40min from Geneva and its airport (EasyJet's european hub). The ski stations of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are just 45min away. Chamonix and Mont Blanc around one hour.
