I LOVE my walks.. it’s the perfect time, perfect season and sets me up for the day. I listen to music or a podcast and I sort my mind for what NEEDS to be done that day. Nothing more, nothing less.
From a yogic perspective sunrise is the only time to stand and stare at the sun allowing the suns energy to lift the soul and clear the mind. To keep your yoga practice flowing through the holidays, I have classes on Friday 27th December and 3rd January at the beautiful . There’s also a special meditation session to help you unwind and find calm amidst the holiday rush. I’m also offering private classes—perfect for some one-on-one time or to enjoy with friends. 🌿💆‍♀️
