Ahmet, is one of life's nice souls, he brought his father in law & brothers in law to Normandy for the day because his father in law's father landed on juno Beach with the Seaforth Highlanders & always wanted to see where & understand more.

Thank you Patti Wilson. I never do enough Canadian tours, it's always such a joy. Not only because they were referred to me by the Sutherland's, I get vast amounts of my work from previous clients. But they are always very patriotic but also want to understand other's nations landings. One must understand the big picture, so one can understand the parts of it.
We had a great day around the landing sites of juno beach. The boys wanted to have a look at Omaha Beach. Fi**ed up there.

It's a new season, including the 80th anniversary of D-Day. It's going to be good.
I would like to thank all my previous clients for all my referrals.
I am taking this years first tour, last Saturday as a beautiful omen for the year.
Monsour, a F15 pilot, came with his family to learn some history. On arrival, he said, you have some awesome revues. I want to present you with this for all your services. We hadn't even started the tour.
Needless to say we had an awesome time together.
Quote, I have learnt & understood more today about the war in such a short time, than I learnt in the last 22 years. Nice thank you for all your service & being such a beautiful soul.

It's been an incredible year, firstly thank you to all my clients & followers . I am truly blessed to be able to follow one of my passions as a job. Personal development & dancing sala are my other passions.

I thank deeply my uncle Alex for planting a seed of inspiration in my soul & all those that helped me get here.

Let us not forget the hope , love & liberty that was given us by our veterans, honour them by being the best you can be , enjoy life to the fullist. That is the way to honour our heroes , for it is them that allow us to live in liberty.

I have had many beautiful clients and great tours this year. Reflecting back on the years touring apart from great tours of D-Day sites I had many awesome tours inland, operations Goodwood, Epsom, Falaise pocket, Cobra, Hill 112, Mortain. Lots of following family footsteps. Been to the Battle of the Bulge & Germany. It's been an incredible year. I ve learnt more, understand more, so I can give more.
Of all the tours I did, touring with Susan was this year's personal gem & one of life's real beautiful moments.
I didn't want to do a see it all in one day tour as booked by the agency. As it turned out it's not what the client wanted either. I had the chance to cancel this tour when the date was changed. But I told myself that I had accepted the booking. There was a higher agenda at work.
Eileen's dad was a medic landing on Omaha Beach on D-Day, there's a photo of him. All she wanted was to understand how his story fits the big picture. A real personal touch.
We had the most beautiful day, including becoming part of living history at the Roosevelt Cafe.
Trust in the universe to deliver what you deserve. One beautiful family. With a keen interest in phycology as well. Eileen helps people with ptsd, she gives emdr therapy. I had ptsd for 47 years, did emdr.
It was meant to be.

The Sallmeyer sisters at Sword beach. There is a new picture of their dad holding the rope to help get ashore from Lci 9. This is them enjoying the moment. Only a few yards from where there dad was in 1944.

Thank you everyone who has been on tour with me this year and in previous years. It has been an absolutely incredible year with some incredible clients and tours not just in Normandy but belguim & Germany too. Thank you.

I like this little cross, it's still on Gold beach, I think the message is so true . Today many years on, a lot have lost sight of the hope that the world was given by liberating countries occupied and the price of said liberty.

So 50TT Division. We started 8th armored brigade advance from st léger to Hill 103.
St pierre 9-12 june. Essex wood 11 June, lingevre & vernier 14 June. Of course Tilly sur Seulles, where I live, changed hands more times than anywhere else. 50th Tyne & Tees Division verses panzer lehr. A difficult time for both divisions, is a good understatement.

125th Panzer Grenidiers had the battalion Hq in the farm across the road., bypassed in the opening stages. We didn't leave much untouched here.

A very late Happy new year to everyone.

A little share, This is my uncle Alex. Black Watch 51st Highland Div , N Africa to the Rhine. 3 years in hospital. Many clients ask where my interest in the ww2 came from . Here he is my father figure, my guide. My famillies had 9 members serve. Alex gave me Hope in my troubled world. Like his actions , with millions of others gave Hope to those in occupied land until Liberated. God bless them all for giving Hope and Liberty.

I had a great 2022 , thank you to all my clients for all the great tours, I look forward to many great tours this year.

It was a real pleasure to spend time with Penny Legate & family this year as we followed their family members from Normandy to Germany. Penny's uncle ,Willard , is burried at Henri Chapelle. It was one of lives moving monments. The cemetery sent Penny some new photos, I love this one .

With the Talarico family at the 30ID monument on Hill 314. I really like visiting this site. Obviously when we talk about the Battle of Mortain a lot of emphasis is placed on the 2nd batt 120th holding the hill. It shows the tremendous ability of allied artillery to hold the Germans at bay. One must also include the battles of the 117th at St Barthélemy.
The fighting around the railway station & abbaye Blanche. The Barenton isolated battalion. The 119th at Romany & Hill 285.Also the battles to the northern flank the 9th div & the 35th Div battles coming up from the south west and eventually relieving Hill 314
