rom apartment refurbishments right through to master-planning of new resorts, whatever your construction project we can help. Building the home of your dreams can be a nerve wracking thing. With so much money and emotion invested you want to make sure it’s perfect in every way. That’s where we come in. Our team of architects, engineers and project managers take care of everything in a ‘one-stop-shop’. We make sure that the design reflects your dreams, permit applications are lodged in time and that the builders don’t cut any corners. We make sure that materials are ordered on time, that the builder’s contracts don’t leave you exposed to risk and that your home is ready when you want it and how you want it. In fact, Alpine Eco take care of everything so all you have to worry about is which wine to serve at your house warming party. We offer an initial client briefing session to fully understand your requirements and agree an initial concept direction. We then select our team members for your project – whether you want a grand artistic statement building or an affordable and practical home, we have the right people for the job. We appoint a dedicated project manager for each job so that you will have a consistent, single point of contact throughout the whole project.

It's finished! Final photos of Chalet les Trolles, our renovation project in Les Houches.

The house was built by the client's father 60 years ago and they wanted to extend and modernise the chalet but whilst keeping the original soul. A delicate touch was needed to nearly double the size of the chalet whilst retaining the original feel.

Sneak preview of our (nearly) finished farmhouse renovation in St Gervais. The entire time frame was propped in place whilst the old crumbling stone walls below were painstakingly replaced with cast in place concrete, 1 metre sections at a time. Finally a new concrete slab was poured for the timber frame to sit on. More photos to follow soon...

Chalet Jonquilles looking resplendent as Mont Blanc looms in the background. Built from prefabricated insulation panels and clad is beautiful brushed larch the chalet is highly energy efficient and sits beautifully in its spectacular setting.

The chalet uses good passive solar design in conjunction with heat pumps, waste heat recovery and Canadian pits to achieve an AA energy rating.
