As a child I spent a great deal of time in San Francisco often and we would walk for hours on end. He was a real foodie and adventurer and didn't realize he was training me. Eventually I moved to San Fransisco which was fondly known as the Paris of the West, before I moved to the real Paris to see what life abroad had to offer.
Paris is designed like a snail winding out from the center. San Francisco is like an Island witch is almost exactly the same size as Paris, but surrounded on three sides by water.
The Metro and Bart/Muni system incredibly efficient while providing a real sense of culture with the various entertainers that sprinkle the corridors and trains.
This vast underground city creates the foundation for your visit. Sure, your transportation Apps will work, but it is not until you slow down that you really discover the heart of a city.
While it is a little intimidating and a bit complicated, you'll have nothing to fear at my side. This is a unique opportunity to see what real life is like in these two famous cities.
Both cities are legendary for food. DO NOT WORRY!!! i promise your going to walk it off. so be sure that the shoes you choose are good for walking, because often the escalators do not work and we need those extra steps to cover the incredible wine in both places!
