La Petite Maison Neuve is located in rural southern Charente Maritime and is between the villages of Pouillac and Chevenceaux. It lies in the middle of the English owners 20 acre grounds and is near to the main house. The recently renovated and refurnished bungalow is set in mature gardens overlooking fields of sunflowers (2016) and long views of the countryside. There are large terraces on both s

ides of the property (East and West) including an extensive covered area facing the large pool. The property is on one floor and consists of living room, large kitchen/diner, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), bathroom and separate WC. The lounge has a widescreen TV for both UK and French satellite programmes. There is a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs is available. WiFi is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment. All rooms have electric heating. There is a separate external summer kitchen with a washing machine. The pool is in sunshine all day. There is ample outdoor furniture and barbecue equipment. We have owned La Petite Maison Neuve for over a year but 2016 will be our first year of letting the property.
