Le Passeport-Talent

Cette carte de séjour d’une durée maximale de 4 ans, et le cas échéant pour la famille du bénéficiaire, a pour objectif de rendre plus lisible le droit au séjour des talents que la France veut accueillir en plus grand nombre.

Cette carte concerne 10 catégories qui correspondent aux réalités économiques actuelles :

* les jeunes diplômés qualifiés salariés ou salariés d’une jeune entreprise innovante ;
* les travailleurs hautement qualifiés (carte bleue européenne) ;
* les salariés en mission ;
* les chercheurs ;
*les créateurs d’entreprise ;
* les porteurs d’un projet économique innovant ;
* les investisseurs économiques ;
* les mandataires sociaux ;
* les artistes interprètes ;
* les étrangers ayant une renommée nationale ou internationale (domaine scientifique, littéraire, artistique, intellectuel, éducatif ou sportif).
