Perfect day to get out for a ride but with the lockdown restrictions had to stay within 10kms of home. So I took a new road that I'd never done before...and now I know why! It turned into a dirt track but I continued anyway and loved every minute of it.

Au revoir to the Chevreuse Valley, it's been hot but beautiful. Next stop back home in the south and my home roads of the Herault. It's been too long!!

My talented wife had some holidays this week and spent the time doing some relooking of some furniture for first up is a coffee table that she made from scratch and then a chest of drawers that she updated. All ready for the next guest tonight! @ Saint-André-de-Sangonis

Beautiful old cobbled bridge over the Herault river leading up to a 12th century Roman church on an absolutely magnificent day. What a ride! 100km still to go!
