🏞 Laissez-vous emporter par l'univers onirique de Regina Pessoa qui a réalisé l'affiche officielle de l'édition 2024 du Festival d'Annecy ! ​ ​
🇵🇹 Afin de s'aligner avec le pays à l'honneur de cette année, la direction du Festival a choisi de faire appel à la réalisatrice de films d'animation, originaire de Coimbra au Portugal.
🏆 Habituée du Festival, l'artiste au regard singulier y avait présenté "Histoire tragique avec fin heureuse", Cristal d'Annecy (2006) ainsi que son court métrage "Oncle Thomas – La Comptabilité des jours", prix du jury et prix de la meilleure musique originale, avec le soutien de la SACEM, dans la catégorie courts métrages (2019).​ ​
🌸 Le personnage figurant sur l'affiche rend hommage aux femmes portugaises, éprises de liberté, les "héroïnes" oubliées pourtant capables de continuer à sourire malgré les aléas.​
💬 "J’ai grandi entre ces femmes qui possédaient une force surnaturelle (…) qui donnaient leur vie pour leur famille, leurs enfants et leur mari (…) cachant leurs larmes pour qu'ils puissent sourire. Et pourtant ces femmes chantaient et dansaient dès qu’elles en avaient l’occasion… "​

🏞️ Be transported into Regina Pessoa’s dreamlike world, designer of the Annecy Festival’s 2024 official poster!
🇵🇹 To tie in with this year’s country in the spotlight, the Festival management decided to call on the animation filmmaker from Coimbra in Portugal. ​
🏆 This artist with a highly distinctive style is a regular at the Festival, where she presented "Tragic Story with Happy Ending", Annecy Cristal (2006) as well as her short film "Uncle Thomas, Accounting for the Days", Jury Award and Best Original Music Award, sponsored by the SACEM, in the Short Films category (2019).​​
🌸 The figure depicted on the poster pays tribute to Portuguese women, the freedom-loving, forgotten "heroines" who nevertheless manage to keep smiling despite the ups and downs.
💬 "I grew up among these women who were endowed with supernatural powers (…) who devoted their entire lives to their families, children and husbands (…) concealing their tears with a smile. And yet these women sang and danced whenever they had the slightest chance."​

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 paquet de ravioles du Royan
1 pâte feuilletée pur beurre
1 brique de crème fraiche liquide
1 plat à tarte
Extra comte for cheese addict

Cooking time 30 min in the oven at 180 degrees (regular heat function /chaleur tournante)

François from Altiflammes came to Annecy My Sweet Home, to undertake the annual inspection and chimney sweeping of
the two wood combustion heaters and flues. François spoke a perfect English and could easily assist English native speakers. He even flew a drone to inspect the chimney. I highly recommend this young entrepreneur as a reliable professional chimney sweep. His company also installs wood combustion heaters.❄❄
