The Gallops "More than an equestrian adventure, a human adventure !"
The Gallops is an exclusive international concept which combines an orienteering equestrian race in breathtaking landscapes, discovery of ancestral traditions, and great parties in desert dunes. The first edition "Gallops of Oman" started in 2014 in Wahiba Sands where some 100 horse riders from all over the world have challenged in teams of 5 during 5 days and 180 km. Since then, this incredible a
dventure has made its way with participants get hooked by the Gallops spirit. Thus, four editions have taken you on a journey from Africa to Asia through Middle East for the greatest pleasure of the hosting countries: Oman, Morocco, India and Jordan. After living it, the desert becomes a passion we can no longer do without, say our participants. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Gallops invites you in 2024 for its 5th edition back to the source in Oman, where the magic of the concept is born. Come and (re)discover the original Gallops Spirit, its incredible horse epics and the parties in the heart of the Omanis gold desert. Dare this lifetime experience, enjoy the Gallops spirit!

Pour ses 10 ans, le raid équestre des Gallops revient là où tout a commencé, dans les sables du Wahiba, à Oman.
A l'origine des Gallops, il y a deux joueurs de polo qui ont su fédérer des cavaliers autour de leur passion du désert. C'est naturellement que cette discipline équestre fait partie du voyage avec une grande majorité de joueurs et joueuses de polo du monde entier. Au Sultanat d'Oman comme au Rajasthan, un match de polo clôtura avec brio l'aventure des Gallops. En 2024, rdv avec le public omanais sur la plage de Mascate le 25 février pour découvrir le plus anciens des sports !

Behind the Gallops, two polo players have managed to gather horse riders around their passion for the desert. Naturally, this equestrian discipline is part of the trip, with a large majority of polo players from all over the world. In both Sultanate of Oman and Rajasthan, a polo match brought the Gallops adventure to a brilliant closure. The first edition “Gallops of Oman” has taken place in February 2014 in the Wahiba Sands desert in the Sultanate of Oman where 100 horse riders have competed through the golden sand dunes over 180 km during 5 days. In February 2018, a second edition “Gallops of Morocco” has occured in the lunar and endless desert of Merzouga in Morocco.
In 2019, we expect you saddled on Marwaris horses with their cute curved ears for an escape in the Maharadjahs kingdom.

Gallops of India est une aventure unique et magique qui allie raid équestre de 100 cavaliers, course d'orientation, découverte de paysages spectaculaires, et séjour festif ponctué de soirées folkloriques au coeur des couleurs et des décors somptueux du Rajasthan éternel en Inde !
