A delightful discovery yesterday; single varietal Grenache and Mourvèdre wines and a delicious Roussane/Marsanne blend. All handcrafted in a family run winery in the midst on the slopes of an extinct volcano. Their spiral formation vineyard of Cinsault is an example of how Languedoc winemakers cultivate their differences with the utmost freedom. 🇫🇷 # cinsault #
