Just an update for everyone regarding refunds for the Bath and Polar Express trips. We've been in touch with our card payment provider for updates. The refunds have been processed our end and it's currently being processed with the banks which can take 9-14 business days. The refunds were issued on the 8th December so hopefully they'll be with everyone soon.

Good news! We have been informed that tomorrow's Polar Express will go ahead!

If anything changes we'll be sure to update everyone.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

We have now had it confirmed that the Polar Express trip tomorrow has been cancelled due to the weather conditions and all customers will be notified.

Regarding Sundays trip to the Polar Express we will provide updates tomorrow as soon as they become available.

**POLAR EXPRESS**

Our Polar Express trips are still currently going ahead as the trains are still planned to run tomorrow, please keep an eye on our page for updates as this is the fastest way to update everyone of any changes.
