Just a little bit of background as there seems to be some questions that pop up a lot of the time …. 😊

We do not charge you an additional fee to bring your pet to our pet friendly caravan, the price is the price regardless

We do not charge per guest in any caravan - if there is a family of 5 or a family of 8 you are still using an 8 berth caravan so the price is the same

There is a slight price difference in each caravan
Our 8 berth is SLIGHTLY cheaper due to not having any decking
Our pet friendly costs the most in gas & electric (I don’t know why?!)
Our Caernarfon is the newest model so therefore that comes with £££

Each year I do what I can to keep our prices as low as possible HOWEVER just remember site fees, gas, electric, washing (sometimes) 10+ lots of bedding at a time, cleaning, general maintenance & everything else.

My half term & summer holiday prices for next year are already available.
You can secure now for just £75 & pay monthly or a lump sum 4 weeks before arrival.

& the summer holidays are almost over! 😱 our 2025 diary officially opens tomorrow! Feel free to pop us a message & I will work my way bottom to top tomorrow evening! Please specify number of guests, pet friendly or pet free & number of nights! Please note - we do a 3 night minimum stay. 🔴 INFORMATION 🔴

⚫️You will NOT gain access to any caravan until 3pm. I know you are eager to start your holiday BUT all our caravans are cleaned to a high standard & that is something we will not rush.
⚫️You must be out of the caravan by 10am, they have to be stripped & cleaned ready for the next guests to arrive.
⚫️You will receive the plot number & key code between 2:30 and 3pm.
⚫️When leaving please put the keys back in the lock box.

🟢 Because I don’t send the key code/plot number out the day before does not make me a scammer, the code is changed all the time & I do not want people parking up outside the caravan from 1pm waiting to check in.

Sorry for moaning but all this information is stated in your terms & conditions which are sent to you when you book. 😀
