🌙✨️ Thick fog settled over Lismore last night. When we headed out with Arthur and his dogs Fly and Misty for our shepherding tour this morning, the whole of Port a Charran seemed very eerie and mysterious, right on cue for All Hallows Eve/Hallowe'en/Samhain. We had some lovely guests from the Cotswolds join us today, including two wee Shepherds in the making! We also visited 's beautiful workshop with lots of elm burr seascapes for the kids to explore 🌊

Beautiful autumn day with guests from Aberdeen today. We spotted Kestrels, Hen Harriers, Buzzards, and many Oystercatchers. Word on the island is that we were enjoying the 'calm before the storm' today, as we are waiting for storm Ashley to hit the Inner Hebrides tomorrow.

A fantastic first day of hosting the Clan MacDougall during their International Clan Gathering. Over the course of two days we are hosting over sixty MacDougalls together with the fabulous and . A huge shout out to staff and volunteers working tirelessly to make these events happen. Sarah, Billy, Babs, Niamh, Fionn & Emma from the café, Memory, Ailsa, Dave, Archie, Bob, Jennifer, Sebastian and Douglas from the Lismore Gaelic Heritage Centre - you are all amazing!

Explore Lismore (Robert & Iris), Midfarm Gallery (Greig & Sadie Gilchrist), Isle of Lismore Cafe, Lismore Gaelic Heritage Centre, Gaelic singer Mary MacDougall, and our fab shepherd Arthur Cross all feature in this video of the Crews' stopover in Oban 🎉
