Monday’s can be tough - but Blue Monday (that’s today) apparently switches it up a notch! “Blue Monday” typically refers to the third Monday in January, which is considered one of the most depressing days of the year. It’s associated with a combination of factors, including post holiday blues, debt, weather, and failed New Year’s resolutions. So what can we do to beat this mindset? 1.
