As I enter my fifth season as a celebrant I have been reflecting on how lucky I have been to be in the right place at the right time to enjoy a whole new era of career.

We have been celebrating Christmas and New Year in Egypt with both our boys. One of the highlights of the trip for me was hot air ballooning over the Valley of the Kings at sunrise with the three most important people in my life.

Looking forward to making new memories with you all in 2025. One of the unexpected happinesses of being a celebrant is being fairy godmother to all the new babies, keep em coming!

I can’t believe how hard I worked today whilst soaking up some Vitamin D. Next step is to organise some advertising for Finding A Celebrant on the Alderney Train, just has to be done doesn’t it?!

We are digital nomading until the new year and loving being the worlds oldest backpackers! I spotted a beautifully decorated breakfast table yesterday and complimented the maitre-d. Lo and behold look what appeared for our dinner table! 30th year of marriage and Tim’s still delighted/ bemused (delete as appropriate) by my eccentricities! Note the fork balancing.
