Our vision is to provide, in one place, information to promote the use of local, small, specialist businesses through promoting healthy eating using a limited number of ingredients in a restricted area, such as is found in a caravan, motorhome, boat or tent. To provide an online cookbook to help caravan, motorhome, boat and tent owners to prepare healthy and exciting meals, n
o matter what the size of the kitchen.
2. To provide a directory, based on location, of local farm shops, farmers markets and speciality shops where the produce to prepare the recipes can be bought
3. To give the smaller, independent specialist shops, farm shops and markets a shop window where they can readily access an international marketplace.
4. To support local restaurants, pubs, cafes, tea rooms and similar, where local produce features on the menu of home made meals. Access to the information will always be free to view.

3. No data will be held on any individual visiting the site.
4. All businesses recommended by their own customers will be given, free of charge, a non-active entry in the directory appropriate to their business focus.
5. Where a business is diverse, and has recommendations in more than one category, they will appear in all appropriate categories.
6. Costs to small businesses to raise their profile through a personal page on the website will be kept as low as possible.
7. We want to give an extra voice to small businesses by offering visitors to the website as much information as possible to encourage them to use the local traders in preference to the large supermarkets when shopping for food.
8. We will support our advertisers by promoting the website through active marketing effort throughout the year at shows and exhibitions around the UK, and continued advertising in appropriate special interest journals and magazines (eg Caravan Club Magazine and Camping and Caravan Club Magazine).
