Buggy Club is back this Tuesday 9th April in Banbridge, 10am at Havelock Park and I’ll be back after my trip to visit my 3 sister who all live in Australia. 🇦🇺 We had a busy few weeks catching up and exploring Sydney (think I need a holiday to recover). I’d some amazing scenic runs most mornings (a few wet ones too), some early morning yoga & Pilates and even squeezed in 2 park runs. 🦘🐨🇦🇺

With the crazy frost on the track last Tuesday we ended up doing a double core & legs session inside. We should be back to our normal session tomorrow outside. It’s going to start of wet but dry up so don’t forget the rain covers for the buggys plus raincoats & dry socks for you. 🧦 🧢 🧤🧥

🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️💪You don’t have to be a runner to join buggy club, a lot of our members haven’t ran before having children. You start off with walking and build it up at your own pace. Anyone starting must be at least 8 weeks postpartum & have to all clear to exercise. We do the return to running assessment at your 1st session (full details on the Athletics NI website https://athleticsni.org/Athletes/Female-Athlete-Health).
We also do some core & pelvic floor exercises at each session.

☔️💨Buggy Club NI - Banbridge should be going ahead tomorrow (23rd January). The next storm isn’t meant to come until Tuesday night so finger crossed we will be good to go in the morning. It is meant to rain so bring the rain covers and a change of top & socks for yourself. If the rain is really bad we will do double core. Just keep an eye on here in the morning and if the weather changes anything (makes the journey dangerous to drive), I will post on here.🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💪
