February, the days are staying brighter for longer so let’s keep our Health Body Healthy Mind going. Aiming to exercise 5 days a week walk/ run 2-5k,🚶♂️🏃♀️3 mins pelvic floor exercises 🍋, 5 mins of core exercises 💪.
Buggy Club NI is online tomorrow morning (1st February) at 10am.
Online sessions: While we aren’t allowed to run our face to face sessions at the track we still want to keep you active and use this opportunity to work on our pelvic floor and core. 💪💪 The sessions will be on our Private page on Mondays & Thursdays. You must be a registered member of Buggy Club NI before you can access the online sessions. You must be at least 8 weeks postpartum to take part in these classes.

We will continue to put one of Lyz Evens Physio pelvic floor videos up at the start of each week that you can use for your 3mins of pelvic floor exercises.
