Anchor Cottage, 33 Crovie officially has its Short Term Let Licence in writing 🎉🎉
From 1st October 2023,, this is a new legal requirement in Scotland. Hosts who let out accommodation to guests on a temporary basis must have a STL Licence 😊

Another absolutely stunning piece from Melanie Kilroy of Moonstone Art. She used air dry clay, artist acrylics and varnish to make this 3D clay tile. She is one very talented lady. The Garden Arms Hotel - Gamrie Pub,Gardenstown is open for drinks and meals Monday, Thursday and Friday at 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from noon. There is seating inside and outside. They also run a Quiz Night every Thursday at 9pm for any budding quiz masters! It's a beautiful cosy family run hotel. Gardenstown is only a 15 minute walk along the "sneuk" path from Crovie. Well worth a visit 🍽🍺🍹

The Coastal Cuppie is a beautiful shabby chic coffee/ cake shack in Pennan. Open daily 12-4pm. It has seating outside at the Harbour. Pennan is a beautiful village most famous for featuring in the 80s film Local Hero and is only a 5 minute drive from Crovie (just off the B9031) Well worth a visit 🫶😋

In a beautiful secluded bay next to Pennan (just off the B9031 and only a 5 minute drive from Crovie) you can visiit Millshore Pottery. Lynn Pitt specialises in wheel thrown stoneware pottery using reactive glazes to create dramatic effects. Her unique one off pieces are beautiful. The pottery also sells ice-cream/ takeaway teas and coffees. It is open to visitors April - Sept and is closed on a Tuesday and Saturday 🫶😍

At the end of Gardenstown pier you will find Saltire Fish and Chip Van. Open Wednesday to Sunday 4pm-7.30pm. It sells the freshest of local fish 👌. Gardenstown is just a 15 minute walk along the "sneuk" path from Crovie. Well worth a visit. 🐟 🍟 😋

Eli's, Craft, Cakes and Coffee in Gardenstown is a beautiful little coffee and local craft shop. It serves breakfasts, lunches, cakes, coffees. It has seating inside and outside. Open 11-4pm Thursday to Sunday. Gardenstown is only a 15 minute walk from Crovie along the "sneuk" path. Well worth a visit ☕️🍰😋
