Flat out back into the cut for round two

Carried out a cut and fill job this weekend for a long term returning client. Filling around structure and sub floors. Material being cut out of a bank and thrown back to be placed. Compacted in layers and sealed to prevent water ingress. Will be back again as this is ongoing.

Phase 1 of a private job finished last week. We decided not to use larsen fjm due to the need to power wash off the access. We decided to use a rompox type jointing resin from to keep mess to a minimum and save time. Jointit comes premixed and vacuum packed. If some is left over you can store it under water for up to four weeks. With the amount of time saved this was a no brainer. One path was done in neutral and one in dark grey. A new lease of life for paving slabs over 40 years old. I will definitely be using Jointit again

Another job started tonight. Remedial works to existing paving. Repair and re set any damaged paving and edgers. Rake out all joints on the paving and equalise joints. Treat joints with w**d killer. Clean all paving and power wash. Re grout with Larsen FJM grey and re seal. Also a foundation to excavate and concrete and a retaining wall to build. More progress photos to follow
