During their 2nd Ski Season in 2016/17 Clare & Karl discovered how much they enjoy creating a great holiday experience for their guests. This took them on to working, as Guardians, in a private 16-20 person villa in the South of France during the summer 2017 season. Along the way we have made friends with other chefs & hosts and have created a network of people in numerous locations including: France, Ibiza, London & Switzerland.
