t's almost time for the big Switch on Saturday event on the Town Square on 18th November 2023.
Counting down the days.
Lantern making packs can be collected from Barnoldswick Civic Hall from Monday 13th November 2023.
We have lots to do with a special visit from Elsa and Anna from Frozen. Burnley college are performing, DJ Dimples Disco is on the town square, Andrew Gilmour and Pendle Music School, Imogen School of dance, Barnoldswick Brass band is playing. The library will be doing some children's activities from 12 noon. Santa's Grotto at the Rainhall centre from 12 noon.
And from 11am the first 250 families who complete the town trail in shop windows to help Santa rescue his reindeers and return the completed leaflet before 2pm to Walker Foster Solicitors will earn a treat.

Well, it’s that time of year HALLOWEEN once again 2023 has to have been my busiest year with tours. Saturday the 28th of October 7.00pm join me for a Whalley ghost Walk starting from the swan hotel car park, the tour lasts 1 hour 15 mins and takes in this fabulous villages ghostly past dating back to the romans and the Abbey and western gate house. Monday 30th of October join me for a Clitheroe Ghost walk 7.30.pm meet the castle gates this tour lasts 1 hour 30 mins and will take in the castle and the towns ghostly past. Cost £7.00 per adult £3.00 child under 13. Tuesday the 31st October Halloween Join me at the Holmes mill Bistro for a night of ghostly tales from across the United Kingdom there is a two-course dinner with ghost stories afterwards. To book this you will need to contact the mill on 01200 407035.
