November sees the completion of our first new build house in Barnstaple! It’s been an interesting process dealing with elements of the new building regulations regarding new houses. It’s a great two bedroom house very close to town and has plenty of off road parking. The house has underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs and benefits from solar panels taking advantage of some clever, economical design features.
We’re very proud of the build and hope to do more of the same in the future……
