Accommodation & facilities
Built 30 years ago on the site of a former stable block, and taken over by Alan and James in June 2016, these cottages have been equipped to a very high standard. They are situated just below the hamlet of Martinhoe and are set at the end of a long driveway in a small private country estate, which overlooks the deep Heddon Valley. Chauffeur’s and Gardener’s Cottages each accommodate two people and Gamekeeper’s accommodates up to four. All cottages have central heating; Chauffeur’s and Gardener’s cottages also have wood burning stoves. There is a laundry room and all linen and towels are supplied. There is no mobile reception at the cottages but there is a payphone and free Wi-Fi is available. The area is very dog-friendly and you can bring your pets to stay with you. Short breaks available.

Martinhoe Cleave Cottages are located in the Heddon Valley, the “jewel” of Exmoor National Park, renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty.
